About Us
We are a growing, high-end painting and decorating company with a strong focus on sustainability, using eco-friendly paints and methods to deliver exceptional finishes in both residential properties and commercial spaces. Our clients value quality, discretion, and our commitment to environmentally conscious practices.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced and personable Working Supervisor to lead and work alongside a small team of decorators. This is a hands-on role, ideally suited to someone who loves being on the tools while also managing projects, supporting their team, and ensuring consistently outstanding results for our clients.

You’ll be responsible for supervising projects on-site, managing up to 5 decorators, and maintaining a calm, professional presence—whether you're on a busy building site or in a lived-in, client-occupied home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, working alongside your team on high-spec decorating jobs offering guidance where necessary.
  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is delivered to the highest standard, on time and within budget.
  • Communicate clearly and calmly with both clients and team members.
  • Act as the main on-site point of contact for clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate schedules, delegate tasks, and support team development.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and respectful working environment in all settings.
  • Uphold and promote our sustainability values and eco-friendly practices on every project.

About You

  • Proven experience as a professional painter and decorator, ideally within high-end residential and/or commercial environments.
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
  • Confident communicator, with a professional and calm demeanour.
  • Able to adapt to different environments—whether a construction site or an occupied family home.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to take initiative to solve problems on site.
  • Committed to quality, detail, and sustainability.
  • Good attention to detail. If you apply for this role, please title your email “Supervisor 2025”
  • Have a valid CSCS and SMSTS

What We Offer

  • A chance to work with a company that values sustainability and craftsmanship.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • Opportunities for career growth and development.
  • Supportive and friendly team culture.
  • The chance to make a real impact on beautiful, meaningful projects.
